I need to get the guts to run to my full potential. I’m not going to be able to run forever, so I should probably start running as fast I can while I can. I’m so sick of being just another mediocre runner out on the track.
Sometimes, when you have a good race or a good run or a good workout, it brings you back to why you started running. And it helps you focus on your goals. Whether you’re a frontrunner or you usually finish mid-pack or you always finish last, it doesn’t matter - you know that feeling. And sometimes, it’s all you need to get back on your feet.
if you want to burn fat, you need to do whatever exercise you want, but for a long period of time. At least 40-60minutes. Not necessarily low intensity or high intensity or whatever. It’s the amount of time you spend doing cardio.
